We truly value the effort it takes to make a beautiful cup of coffee. Starting at the agricultural level of coffee production to the final piece of aromatic delight passed on to you, our aim is for you to indulge yourself in coffee and all its glory. Our highly skilled Baristi (specialists in espresso preparation) can massage every caramelized sugar and delicious oil from the bean and deliver it with style. Our unique techniques of espresso preparation skillfully mastered by our Baristas, are not only appreciated by our guests but reflect a higher quality of service and forever raise their coffee expectations.
Our atmosphere is one full of colour. Our love of life, people and the world we live in is reflected in our cafés. Music is essential element for us and our Cafés. The soundtrack of our days, lives and cafes are filled with eclectic rhythms from Latin America to Chill and Electronica from NY, Paris and Rome with the occasional Jazz classics from greats like Ella and Louis.
From café to café our distinction, service and love of life with coffee remains a constant ingredient throughout. It is reflected by our unique team of individuals who bring their own delightful distinctions into our family. After all it is people who bring us the greatest joys in life. Our “Coffee Family” is warm and engaging with a positive outlook on life, aiming to share the experience with you. You will find light faire that is fresh, fast and reasonably priced. While our focus is on coffee, we select other providers from our local market to bring us brilliant pastry, sandwiches, salads and soups reflective of our commitment to quality and flavour. You can never underestimate the brilliance of others when given the room to flourish. We have found the best our markets have to offer, and yes, they are exactly that…the best. We insist they use when possible, organic produce, hand crafted breads, free- range poultry and locally produced dairy products, free of additives and colourants. |
